Whipped cream

Concept Description

Milk-fat cream

  • Traditional cream with or without gelatine
     
    Our stabiliser systems* provide good whippability and foam stiffness with clear contours and a delicious milky taste

Mixed-fat cream

  • A cream based on vegetable- and/or milk fat with natural cream taste; up to 60% milk content possible
     
    Our stabiliser systems* provide good whippability, foam stiffness and product stability throughout shelf life

Vegetable-fat cream

  • Based on milk or water
     
    Our stabiliser systems* deliver an excellent whipping tolerance and avoid syneresis; possible cost benefit solution
