    Our binders dissolve easily in low dosages whilst offering an effective thickening and/or emulsifying effect where needed, together with neutral taste and freeze-thaw stability

Instant omelette

  • Dry mix for easy preparation of omelette, scrambled egg and other applications with water or milk. No fresh eggs needed

    Our mix offers easy dispersal, optimal mouthfeel and taste, microbiological reliability and a simple ambient stable storage
